Ah, what a eventful 4 months. Met all sorts of crazy ppl, kena takan by facis virtually, of course there's a good side to all the nonsense also larh.

I had pizza for lunch today. Two of the girls thought that it'll be nice to have a farewell parteh so yah, you know...jajajaja.....$6 for 2 slices of pizza and alacarte...and dunno what else...

So we all sat there talking chatting laughing at each other like mooorooonnzzz...sorta weird we won't be seeing each other any more next semester, but hey you gotta adapt no matter what, aye. World's changing all the time, see?

Speaking of change, I did that in my Enterprise Module yesterday. Bet there's not a good grade in it for me...but who cares? Everyone's in their holiday mood now, much less me eh. But hey, you can't really say I didn't learn shit out here, I learnt more shit, repeat, more shit compared to secondary school. Secondary school was the uber crap...worst shit that ever happened to me. All good things have to come to an end, and I guess we all have to learn how to let go.

Thirteen weeks of my first semester in Republic Polytechnic is gone. And I've been reeling in A's in the few subjects I thought impossible - Maths and Science D:

Either way, it's been fun. Wish I could get a picture of my class but I haven't gotten around to grabbing one from my classmates...sooooooo. Thirteen weeks out the window, and to be rather honest - it's more relaxing than the usual classrooms and the like....guess air conditioners work as they should. Stimulating your brain.

I've also gotten addicted to World of Warcraft (LOL) and truth be told, even I can't really pin point what's so addictive about this game. As it stands, I've been goading my classmates into playing it with me :D and so far I've gotten maybe, uh, two guys to grind WoW with me. Hahahahaha.

That's allllllll, I'll update if I feel like it.

Operation Swine Flu - Part 2

Hey all,

Today's first day back in school. Well, just a rather short update on the progress - there's currently 87 cases of Swine Flu, including 4 Facilitators....and just to note, a bunch of Year 2s and 3s are already filing a petition( I heard, rumor) about the Swine flu bug.

And the day before I was sifting through my daily dose of spam when I stumbled across this rather hilarious letter....from the Principal. Of course, since it's such a important letter, what's so funny about it? I'll briefly summarize the contents.

'OMG U NUBS WE NO NID CLOSE DOWN TEH SCH! TEH H1N1 NO BIG DEAL! OMG! WTF! U ALL OVERREACTZ! H1N1 VIRUS LIVE 8 HR WITHOUT BODY CONTACT AND DIE! SO RP NO NID CLOSE!! SOON H1N1 BECOME NORMAL FLU AND EVERYONE WILL GET!'

Whazzat? H1N1 becoming a normal flu? I don't see that one coming. I mean, well people are organizing swine flu parties and all that gimmick in order to gain immunity against this virus thingy...Well, I know that 2 weeks of school closing sounds like a liability and might affect our studies...but you realize the school is starting to look like a H1N1 breeding ground lmho despite all the efforts done to prevent the spread of the virus. Reduced breaks to prevent exposure to H1N1 germs? Sheesh, if people want to go around touching each other it doesn't take 5 minutes.

Swine Flu Part 1

Oorah! Swine flu has invaded Republic Polytechnic. A couple of classes have been quarantined since the start of this week, and now you know what you fags from other polys?

I just hit the I WIN H1N1 button.

I have e-learning direct 1 week starting from today....and you know what that means dontcha? No need to spend money on bus fare....no need to wake up as early...but you know, e-learning PROGRAMMING IS A FECKING HORROR. I mean FRACKING FRAGGING FOCKING FRECKING FREAKING TOOORTTTUUUUREEE...

To be honest programming is like a foreign bangala language I will never BOTHER to even understand. Even though it's for a module. It's utter nonsense to me. It's bullshit. It's craptastic. And it's fucking invading my life.......now I hate those freaking worksheets as much as I hate Microsoft EXCEL.

Fubar'ed Weekend

So much fun with Need For Speed:Most Wanted. Crashing No.4 off the shitlist in I think, 3 days?

Either way the basis of the weekend was Father's Day.....so again, whenever some event pops up, I get to eat. And I mean, buffet style, at home. Unfortunately, whenever food starts to pile up, my appetite goes the other way...you know. Reluctance, name of the game here. So the weekend goes like this....had dinner on Saturday with grandpa (mum's dad) and had some fun with my cousin who's enlisting in the army 3 months from now (dood tell me if fun or not) and my baby cousin who's already wearing spectacles at 2 years old. JEEZ myopia targets younger kids, it's a paedophile disease, trust me.

And then today, which was a Sundae....well dinner with dad's dad, who is my grandpa (LIKE DUH) and all my aunts came by with their kids and all, luncho buffet style again....and no I didn't kill myself by stuffing my mouth with food (I would if I could get rid of my elder aunt's daughters, annoying people ROFL), I merely grabbed(note: quick pick)whatever I wanted to eat, ate, and scooted into the safety of my room....so here I am now while I think they've left already. Weekends goes away so fast....FUBAR'ED.

Anyway real weird weekend. Filled with gaming and bite sized pieces of studying....although it's mostly the other way round, jah. Now what's the next game to get on my list....maybe I'll get Command and Conquer 3.

Last day of me Holidaez

It's a Sundae.

Yesterday was quite a hilarious day for me...hilarious lol fail day named Saturday whatever the fuck it's called.

Afternoon had couple of cousins come by to play L4D and CS:S arh....so yah play lor. Dunno why they play and laugh even though nothing much to laugh at....until my di pushed one of them out of the window during Farmhouse finale arh...then he kena mauled by Tank...suay...then only one cousin survived rest all died coz he kia si. The APC come he quickly run....then I kena smoker...one cousin mati....di getting 'Huntered' arh....so only one survivor. Die also laugh. Later...play CS:S Zombie Escape....forgot what map...but basically you have to run through map with a lot of crazy obstacles arh...and zombies behind chasing, so run faster...until I kena knocked down by stupid bus that was carrying both my cousins and my di....so du lan epic fail. So dunno what time they go home arh....I think 6pm coz everyone laugh like shit...forgot time.

Went out for dinner with my family...to some Japanese restaurant that we never visited before (Note, NEVER), then sit there at the table....then ask the waiter for menu. Appears the menu is a bunch of ice cream sticks with food item's name pasted on it....and you need to walk to get all these ice cream sticks arh....so yah walk outside and take lor....

After picking and choose we came back to the table and left the sticks in the basket....and it appears that you have to take the basket out to the counter....so heheh we laughed at our blurness :D :D :D After all, it's the first time I visited such a restaurant with such a peculiar way of ordering food, so yes we all tend to be a bit...blur arh...went ahead and asked for 2 plates of unagi, damnit the unagi was awsum lol.....and so was the soft shell crab....and the beef ramen.

That's all...like movie marathon 10pm- dunno what time then go sleep.....watch Meet the Spartans and I think Money Not Enough 2 and Don't Mess with the Zohan arh...think 3am...drink bit of beer...

Uh huh, I got my second D for the first term of the semester. Hurrah. 'The team showed no teamwork". Uh huh. Holy crap you expect teamwork when two people are outside buying Subway and two are left slogging it out?

Okay, it's partly my fault as well. But since we did half of the worksheet each.....there is no teamwork? This is called fair distribution of labor.....and they got to eat Subway too. There is no blame though - this is life. You do something wrong, you're bound to get someone else in trouble too. Ahhhh this is annoying. Not to mention that the Maths facilitator is probably slacking or something - she still hasn't uploaded the results for Problem 5.

That said, wheee one week of the holidays is over for me.......and then you get this feeling that you are going to get slammed for being an asshole in your own blog. Maths first module for first week of school - that's demoralizing enough to hear that, seriously, you know how much I hate Maths and think that 'OH YEAH NO MATHS IN POLY HURRAY' and out comes Maths. It's wankered I swear......ultra fucking wankered. Microsoft Excel sucks ass because it's part of Maths. Programming sucks because you have to use Maths in there. Annoying shit.

But I still <3 RP because I got too many bros and buds there. W16A FTW.

That said, my UTs are over, and bloody shit, I swear, those fuckers are going to make us do those UTs all over again because of a technical error on their part? They blew up the program, not us....

Insanity - Where's that red button

So I am back here again, after nearly a day of absence.....

Ever wondered why your class is so quiet and what not, sorta anti social kinds, you know, no intermingling between groups. Boy, I was so wrong, and the phrase 'looks can be deceptive' still holds true to this day. Let me recount the day's event that led me to this conclusion that my class is pretty insane.

Okay, you know. So basically when the facilitator was presenting the 6thP (which is a summary of the day's learning for those non RP), I got pulled (quite unwilling?) into a class mass conversation in MSN. Okay, I was fine with being their entertainment tool....and then the comedy started when one of them ( QIN D: ) started posting YouTube links about horse sex. Okay, fuck it. And then the entire convo went downhill, went to bangala squirrels, Spiderman (bangala again), bangala horse porn, Desker Road, thai aunties (yes I understand your bullshit guys), errr, basically all the horrible shit they could think of. I NEVER laughed so hard at a god damn MSN convo, seriously. I think someone got a kick out of it.

Now I am going to expect a D for a grade. For laughing so horribly hard (yes, Long your fault arh, your laughter is so infectious :P ). Well, we'll see.

Bus No.187 from Jurong Interchange

Is now a complete fail in my book.

I mean seriously, wtf, I reach the bus stop at 7.15am. ANNNNNNNNND look what happens.

You come at 7.40am. Two buses. Sounds good?

Nope. Both buses are packed full of people. They just run past our stop without looking back.

The third bus comes at 7.50am. Come 2 minutes later, and I would have been late. Thereby destroying my clean record of punctuality! (I reached my classroom at 8.28am, 8.31am> considered late)

This is starting to smell like a bloody conspiracy.....Maybe you guys over at Jurong should take a leaf out of Woodlands. At least they come on time.

I'm sure most of us know about the swine flu that's running around the world these days, eh? Well, entering RP is like going through a god damn flu-mmigration checkpoint. The moment you enter the main complex, you are greeted with rows of 'counters', like those when you come back from overseas at Changi Airport. I mean, it's just flu, and it hasn't EXACTLY hit our island country yet. Even though it's better safe than sorry, eh?

In my opinion - this flu is so overly publicized for one reason. Throw our minds off the economic crisis and into worrying that 'OMG ITZ SARS ALL OVAH AGAIN!11!!1!!'......you know it, I know it.

Hey ya'll,

I found something to write about, so I am here, again :(

Email. What's it for? I mean, in RP you get your own email account so they can inform you of things instead of using paper, right? Well I really don't mind, but I still can't get used to not having a piece of paper to inform me of stuff.

But then, here's the downside. Today I had a good friend Wei Long tell me that we needed to bring a thermometer to school. To confirm it, I of course switched on my laptop and started rummaging through my mail. Okay, seriously, I opened that frigging mail box expecting only a few messages, and... WALAH! 46 unread messages, half of which I have no idea what it wants me to know, and all the important ones are chunked in the middle. Took me 15 minutes to skim through the entire lot before finding the one I wanted. Thanks for the spam RP.

Well that's all I got. Now to find that darned thermometer. DIE SWINE FLU.

Polytechnic Life - FTW, or FTL?

Hey crazy egomaniacs,

It's the second week of school already. How's everyone doin? Lawls.

For me I got no gripes. Besides one thing. The bus. Why?

I leave home at 7.10AM. Reach bus stop at 7.15. Bus comes at 7.35AM. And by then 10 190s would have passed by, along with a horde of other bus services. No 187 in 20 minutes.

That said, back to polytechnic life - crux of the issue.
We got long breaks, we got freedom, what else do we need? Errrrrrr...

Instead of us eating during breaks, the breaks are eaten by the worksheet and the terrifying wanker of a program called Microsoft Powerpoint

That said, Ryan, YOU SUCK. Thanks for forcing me to tag your lame blog :P

Oh, and BTW....

If you are thinking why the place is so sparse, I am doing it in a rush. So please be patient, the necessary faculties will be up and running...once I know how to. :D

Hahah, these days, damn boring. Everyday do same thing. Like 12 hour sit in front of the computer (exaggerate a bit aso nvm 1), holding my fucking Remington and blowing the brains out of those blasted zombies. The next few days will be more horribly boring than I could ever fucking imagine.

Sometimes, I really wish that we can play MMORPG in RL. I want to reset my life coz I srsly make a lot of wrong decisions sia. Stat points all add wrong. Si liao la. :/

Good news, Killzone 2 is coming. So is CrimeCraft. Coming out earlier than expected. :D Bad news - KZ2 only for the PS3. So still same, die la. My life also never change much. The O level results have more impact as compared lolz. (no real impact also, same slack, just do some lazy animating nia)

Dreams? Got none. My mind is as empty as the void. Everyday, blood and gore, thanks to CoD4 and CSS ZM. Srsly, my mental health is like in critical condition yet I don't care a penny, coz the only thing I think is fun is gaming. I mean, srsly. HARDCORE gaming ownzor!
